takers/dispatchers are all CPR certified
and have certification through a
national accreditation service for both
National Academy Emergency Medical
Dispatch and National Academy
Emergency Fire Dispatch.  In order to
maintain these qualifications each
employee must have 24 annual hours
of continuing education per
